We mainly produce FDY polyester yarn for making normal embroidery thread and high quality embroidery thread with special tenacity.

The normal FDY polyester yarn is mainly used for making ordinary embroidery thread. This thread have stable quality, cheap price, more suitable for general manufacturers.

The FDY polyester middle tenacity yarn is used for making high quality embroidery thread.  This kind of embroidery thread is required with very stable strong technical parameter and good glossiness. Similar products is very less on the market now.

 Specification: 70D-300D

 If client require us to do spec. as per clients design, client need accept 10% non-uniform weight bobbin goods. The weight is 2-5KGS per bobbin.

 Packaging: 5KGS per bobbin, each bobbin with one waterproof plastic bag. Every carton have one wooden pallets. You can design new packing type , we can do it for you.

 Transportation: 11 tons for one 20FT, 22 tons for one 40FT

Delivery time: 20days after received deposit by T/T or received L/C from Chinese bank.

Output: 100ton per month
